Office investment research examines tenant fit and rental scenarios; an own-use brief examines workspace, access, fit-out and move-in needs.

Where do AI and people fit?

AI assists with organising material, finding research questions and drafting analysis. A human advisor reviews the sources and comparisons, interprets the findings and discusses the recommendation with you. AI output is not treated as verified evidence on its own.
