Your enquiry and device privacy

Your saved home types, home and office questionnaire answers, budget choices, written Decision Room details and research requests stay in this browser’s local storage. Only items you tick in your Decision Room are included in its outgoing request. On the linked contact page, including those choices is a separate optional checkbox. Browsing and saving do not send an enquiry. The website stops restoring them after 30 days without a saved update. Select “Clear my saved choices” in Saved homes to remove them immediately. Avoid adding identity documents, payment information or sensitive material.

Name, email, phone and additional contact-form notes remain in page memory until you send. They are not saved with your shortlist. A downloaded request is a file under your control.

Sending your enquiry

Review your details before selecting “Send my request to NAYL”. Email requests pass through Netlify → a protected Make workflow → NAYL’s email service, addressed to advisor@naylgroup.com. These services process your supplied question, preferences, selected properties and contact details to deliver the request. NAYL uses the enquiry to arrange the advice you requested; no marketing subscription is bundled into it.

A success message requires confirmation from the email step. It means the email service accepted the request; it does not independently establish inbox receipt, a qualified lead or a completed report. The advisor agrees the research scope, next conversation and timing with you. If email delivery cannot be confirmed, your entered details remain available for WhatsApp or download.

WhatsApp opens a reviewed draft addressed to +971 54 137 1777. You press Send yourself. WhatsApp processes the message under its own terms. Opening the draft does not establish sending or receipt. Long requests have a summary plus complete copy/download options.

Optional journey measurement

Measurement is off unless you select Allow. You can decline or turn it off in any page footer. The choice lasts 30 days. When allowed, the website records navigation, named-project exploration, comparison counts, questionnaire step numbers, request/download actions, email acceptance or failure, and WhatsApp openings. Known referral labels such as Instagram, Google or ChatGPT may be recorded; full referring URLs and arbitrary campaign values are discarded.

Events contain no names, email addresses, phone numbers, budgets, notes, questionnaire answers or client identifiers. Our separate first-party event records expire after 30 days and are removed by daily cleanup. This cleanup does not apply to Google Analytics records, which are held under the Analytics property retention settings. Turning measurement off stops new events. It cannot identify earlier anonymous events for deletion.

Delivery protection and providers

The server validates input and limits abuse. It retains keyed hashes and request status for duplicate checks for 24 hours, with daily cleanup; no request body or contact details are stored in this metadata. Ordinary host, Make and email-provider processing or operational logs are separate. Hosting, Make and the email provider may retain separate operational records under their own settings. Contact NAYL about the handling or deletion of your enquiry. An uncertain delivery is not automatically sent again.

The website uses Google Fonts and a small number of developer-hosted images; those providers can receive ordinary connection information. No advertising pixel or live AI conversation is connected. No report is generated or sent automatically.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. A NAYL advisor will contact you about your requested advice; research scope and timing are agreed personally.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after a fresh, explicit choice to allow it. Refusal and withdrawal apply across these website pages. Enquiries, downloads and WhatsApp remain available without analytics. Consent-based statistics do not count every visitor.

We measure page visits, engagement and selected interactions using fixed page and project labels. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, budgets, written questions and report contents are excluded. Page queries and fragments are removed from analytics page addresses; referral paths and queries are removed. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Advertising features and LinkedIn tracking remain disabled.

A report request, downloading your own request brief, downloading a published study, opening WhatsApp and an email-service-confirmed enquiry are different actions. A WhatsApp click does not establish that a message was sent or that a lead is qualified. Reports are prepared personally.
